About Yoga

Benefits of Yoga

Information for all

  • Please arrive 5 mins early to your first class to complete the registration form
  • Only eat light snacks before class
  • Bring plenty of water and drink plenty afterwards
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing or sportswear
  • You might like to bring a cosy jumper or blanket for the relaxation
  • Children shouldn’t attend after vaccinations, wait a minimum of 48 hours
  • If you have any medical conditions please check with your doctor before practising

Toddler and Pre-school Yoga

A fun and playful yoga class for toddlers and their parent/guardian. After our warm up we practice yoga postures to a popular children’s book. We end each session with a guided relaxation.
